"Desert King" Sir Crocodile is a former Warlord of the Sea and former president—under the codename "Mr. 0"—of the mysterious crime syndicate Baroque Works. During his time as Warlord, Crocodile maintained a public facade of helping both the people of Arabasta Kingdom and the Marines, all while secretly using Baroque Works to weaken Arabasta for conquest.
