Monkey D. Dragon, also known as the "Rebellious Dragon", is the supreme commander and founder of the Revolutionary Army (originally the Freedom Fighters). A former Marine, his disgust with the organization's actions in the God Valley Incident, and its brutality in the Ohara Incident led to him forming the Revolutionary Army to oppose the World Government in its entirety.
