Oliver "Ollie" Queen is Green Arrow, a vigilante who uses a bow and arrow to fight crime at a street level, while espousing socially liberal values. He mainly operates in Star City and Seattle. While in high school, Oliver rolled his car on a curve and ended up in the hospital with more than a few broken bones.
