He was the second to hold the title of Padishah Emperor, and the first and only to hold the title of God Emperor. He was born the second son of Emperor Paul Atreides and his Fremen concubine Chani Kynes, the daughter of the great Liet Kynes, just after his twin sister Ghanima Atreides.
