Victor Fries, also known as Mister Freeze, is a Gotham City criminal obsessed with reviving his cryogenically frozen wife Nora. Using a freeze ray to commit crimes and further his goal, he acted as a prominent member of Batman's rogues gallery. Victor Fries spent his early childhood in Gotham City.
