Rey Skywalker, also known simply as Rey, was a Jedi member of the Resistance during the war against the First Order. The human woman was a scavenger on the planet Jakku, but her life was changed by tumultuous events in the last days of the New Republic Era. Rey's decision to help the droid BB-8 set her on a course to discovering the Force awakening within her, leading her to seek out Jedi Master Luke Skywalker for training.
