Diana of Themyscira, also known as the superhero Wonder Woman, is a founding member of the Justice League and one of the most respected heroes on Earth. The daughter of Hippolyta, former Queen of the Amazons, Diana volunteered to leave behind her home of Themyscira and champion the Amazons' message of peace, justice, and equality in Man's World. Queen Hippolyta of the Amazons had an affair with Zeus, resulting in the birth of twin children: Diana and Jason.
